Returns & Refunds policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unopened, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • The item must be returned to us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must not be marked as a final sale or non-returnable item on the product page.

To request a refund, please email our customer service team at info@thewalltherapy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Upon receiving and verifying the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

NOTE: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds.

Please note:

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • The Wall Therapy reserves the right to refuse refunds if the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team at info@thewalltherapy.com with your order number immediately. If your order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the refund process detailed above.
