Cancellation policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to specific purchase types in our store, such as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy items.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on your chosen duration and frequency.
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each delivery, unless you prepaid.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You can cancel renewal if desired.
You can cancel or change your subscription anytime via links in your order confirmation emails.
Refer to our Refund Policy for returns and refunds related to subscription deliveries.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordering allows you to purchase products that are out-of-stock or not yet in inventory.
We may take no payment or a deposit at checkout, store your payment information, and charge the balance later when fulfilling the pre-order.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before fulfillment. Once fulfilled, standard refund policies apply (see Refund Policy).
Try Before You Buy
For try-before-you-buy items:
We will authorize your payment method upon order.
You have a specified period to decide if you want to keep the item.
If you do not return the item within the try-before-you-buy period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.
Standard Orders (Non-Subscription, Non-Pre-order, Non-Try-Before-You-Buy):
Please note that for standard orders of in-stock items that are not subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and you would need to follow the Refund Policy process after receiving the order if you wish to return it.
